Just looking for a little advice.
I currently have a 3TB hard drive in my FreeNAS machine. It is one of these (bought a year or so ago):

What I would like to do is have 3 x 3TB hard drives in ZFA Raid-Z i think it is (allow 1 HD failure)
Now because these drives have only 1 year warranty and they are not designed for 24x7 operation like some other nas drives, my question is should I just buy 2 more of these and hope they are alright?
Or should I forget that drive and go for something like the NAS version of these or the WB red:

Or can I use my current Seagate and Raid this with two newer nas drives? Does the difference in rpm make a huge problem for me?
Thank in advance for anybody's thoughts! :)
