My apologies if this has been covered elsewhere, but my search didn't find anything...

In regards to FreeNAS 8.2.x, other than ZFS and more RAM, is there anything that 64-bit offers over 32-bit?

If there is another thread for this, please link me. :)

Stability, More user testing. If you will not be using ZFS then 32-bit should be fine. If you plan to use ZFS then you really should go with 64-bit and 6GB RAM. Plug-Ins are a new feature with 8.2.x and will use more RAM depending what you load (when they work) but that is a RAM issue and your RAM will be limited to ~3GB with a 32-bit system.
