1Hard Drive - showing multiple disk

I am running version 9.2.1.7 with (1) installed Hard Drive just as a testing lab since I am still fairly new to freeNas.
But for some reason I am showing the 1 installed HD with the appropriate size, but I am also seeing 4 other HD's with the size of Zero? (See attached image)
I've tried wiping the others but they don't seem to go anywhere.

The "da" in the device name indicates that these are most likely USB ports.

Is this a desktop computer, possibly with an internally connected memory card reader?

Right, but 0.08BTC says that a desktop with an integrated media card reader isn't an ECC-equipped workstation. ;)
