11.4 U4 Update Web Gui just has very top

After updating a 11.1 U2 to U4 the web gui only has the very top top bar. On OSX i have tried safari, chrome, and firefox. Cleared cache etc. no changes. All browsers exactly same.

Any ideas

After further review all kinds of things are not starting. Is there any way to go back to the previous boot from the command line? i had to activate U4. I would like to reactivate U2

Found it:

from the shell:

beadm list -- Shows the current boot lists
beadm activate name -- sets the current boot.

Trying this now.....

It happens from time to time, try clearing your browser cache

I have tried all 3 major browsers. Cleared cache on all. Same exact screen so it must be coming from server. Also jails did not start either. Reverting now.
