I wish to move my truenas currently in a supermicro X10SLL motherboard to a X9 motherboard. The only network LAN connection is via a Mellanox 10GB card. If I move the same 10GB card to the X9 motherboard, would I still require a fresh installation or can I port over everything including the system drives and all the data drives?

I don't know why you'd want to move to older hardware, but I don't see any reason this wouldn't work. You still might need to reconfigure your network settings.

the x10 had a hardware ram limitation. The X9 has more PCIE slots and a lot more ram.
So I can just physically move everything over?
