It's not really a suggestion but I wasn't sure where to post otherwise.
(It could be a suggestion to disable it though... )

It seems there are some automatic corrections done by the forum when posting?
Is that possible?
I thought it might come from the browser but I tried with different browsers and I have the same behavior (and in the browser the language check is disabled).

It seems it's not possible to write the word "dont" without an apostrophe (I actually wrote it without).
It's not a problem in English but it is a bit confusing in French! :-D
Since "dont" (again without an apostrophe) is a relative pronoun (=whose/of which).

I've seen it in some messages but I thought it was a typo (although a surprising one)... until it happened to me and I realized it is not a typo. :-O

It doesn't seem to be an option (from the icon bar on top)... And I haven't seen any language related option in the profile either...

Anyone else noticed that?

Yup.. another grammar police thingy in the censor subsystem. I left most of the ones that seemed okay to me, had zero idea about other languages. I can remove that one in a moment.
I did not want to revisit this but here I am. Trimmed out much of the grammar and spelling corrections, left a few specific upper/lower case correction and what is essentially a profanity filter.

Yeah, some nice side effects that are not always easy to spot.

Thanks!

YW.

If a post may be unclear due to typos, if I notice, I try to silently correct them. If a title might be unclear or fail as search terms due to typos, I correct those as well when I see them. The censor need not do this as it has been proven (more than once) to cause greater trouble than good.
