Slow copy speeds in SMB

Hey, in the last few months I've noticed SMB transfers are too slow
I use a connection speed of 1Gbps, and encryption at Pool.
For example, I copy from my computer (Windows 10) to FreeNAS. It starts copying at 110 Mb and then goes down to 77, 52 and even to almost 0 and then rises again to 52, 88 but not to the 110 that he started with. It's inconsistent

But if I copy from FreeNAS to Win 10 then this is usually 110MB -115MB which is excellent but also here sometimes it goes down to 88, 77, and maybe will go up to 105
FreeNAS to Win10 does not always make these problems
Not like Win10 to FreeNAS, which is always the case

And I checked it by copying one large file of 4.0GB~ still problem exists

In addition, I looked at CPU usage in FreeNAS. The process of SMB takes 20-30% but the system takes 85-100% while copying, no matter which one

Does this encryption do the problems? Is a bug known? Because I've checked it out on some versions and still have it
And unfortunately I can not test it without encryption because it's the only pool I have

The drives are configured in RAIDZ1 (RAID5) 3WD Red 3TB
Intel i3 540
8GB Ram

Well hope I mentioned everything
Thanks Itay

The CPU does not support AES-NI, so encryption is expected to be painfully slow.

do a iperf test both directions.
do a dd test local on your freenas system
maybe your client's hdd/ssd is slow?

Could be, if you follow @SweetAndLow's suggestions, you'll have a better understanding of the problem.
