Plex question.

I have installed plex via plugins so its in a freenas jail. I managed to finally find out how to get it to locate the actual storage location for the files. All good.
I set up three libraries called Movies, Music, TV Shows.

It has 'cataloged' and imported 'cover art' for the Movies.
Under Music it is saying: "Loading library" and every so often a little pop up says 'loading metadata for (album)
Under TV shows it is saying: "Libraries are currently being updated. Hang tight while we look for your content"

I wouldn't call it a HUGE library for each.
movies includes 356 files
music includes 1125 files
TV Shows.... dunno yet but I'd reckon 100 or so.

Anyway it's been doing this cataloging or whatever you want to call it since I installed it around 24 hours ago... seems a LONG time.... is that right?
How long can I expect it to take? Thanks.

You should ask in the Plex forums but when I rebuilt mine I think it analyzed stuff for 2 days. That also includes thumb nails and I think you have a bigger library than I had at the time.

Ah yes I didn't know of a plex forum but of course I suppose there would be one ! (or more)
That'd fine so long as I know it's not unusual I'm happy.
