Plex - Can't create new library - Language dropdown unavailable?

I have a Plex Server jail running on TrueNAS Core. Everything works fine with the default libraries (Movies, TVShows, Music), but if I try to add a new custom library, the language dropdown box is not working so it will not let me add the library. Does anyone know a fix for this? I've tried different browsers, updating Plex, searching the Internet. Thanks
