added 2 brand new 14 TB Disks (mirror) and 2 brand new SSD (mirror)
after 10 hours restarting my small server the gui status changes to degraded
cli zpool status no errors.
next reboot (unhealthy) cli zpool status no errors
are there some bugs in the gui?
who can i trust?

Is this the system we're talking about?
MiniPC (USB31GEN2 4 Disks Mirror)

If so, the use of USB to attach disks is probably related somehow.

If you want to be a little more clear about your setup and perhaps share the output of zpool status -v and dmesg from the impacted system, we might be able to get closer to the root cause.

who can i trust?
I would trust both... remembering that the GUI is just using the same calls in the background.

When they disagree, I would look at some kind of intermittent problem.

thanks for the short reply. Yes it is the MiniPC. It´s a HM50 (6 Core, 32 GB) with an attached USBC external Case (Fantec 4 Bay no Raid)
because of the power consumption i would use this setup (7W idle, 28W work). Attached you can find the Z-Pool Status and the dmesg. after a clean reboot (1st power up the disks, then start the HM50)

I'd be pointing very squarely at this as the problem and stop there.

Using this kind of device is not going to result in long-term success for your pool (even if it does appear to work for a time).

If you continue using the setup, you will certainly lose either the onboard USB controller or most likely the one in the Fantec enclosure (or both) and will be in a cycle of endless replacement of those components as a result. (you may or may not lose a pool or some data in the process too)

I recommend to stop immediately (or as soon as you can) and find a different way to attach disks that involves either an HBA or at least a SATA controller for your pool disks. (or stop using ZFS, which would mean switching to another NASWare)

For that form-factor, you won't really find any good options.

This thread has some background on the kinds of things you can expect with that enclosure you have. https://www.truenas.com/community/r...t-multipliers-and-cheap-sata-controllers.177/ (although it doesn't address the USB part, which is covered separately across many other posts which reflect the community experience that the way that ZFS groups transactions and hits the controller hard in bursts will wreck a USB controller in no-time... even when you don't mix it with a port-multiplying situation as you have).
