Hi all,

Had what appeared to be a failed drive but I had it on a HDD power switch (to switch on and off drives without physically disconnecting them - I do this to isolate the freenas system from windows which is on a fourth drive). I plugged the drives directly into the computer and the drive seems to have come online properly so I guess the power switch can't handle 3 concurrent drives consistently although seemed to manage for a month. On rebooting freenas I get the yellow error instead saying clear or replace and did a check using zpool status -v and get no errors (scan: resilvered 46.5M in 0h0m with 0 errors on Sat Aug 9 22:18:29 2014 config:) so guessing it equilibriated the drives fine? Could anyone advise if I need to take further action and if not how to remove the yellow warning? I'll need to find myself a switch that can handle 3 drives at once but they seem to be quite rare....

Thanks again for all your help.
