I have a pool that I keep exported except for when backing up. I created a new backup set pool, it works, encrypted. I do the backup, export the pool. Now I import the pool, and, it shows up locked. I have to manually unlock it with the hex key, which does work fine. It is not set to passphrase, it is set to key. I have entered the key multiple times on edit encryptions settings.
I have another backup set where when I import it, it auto unlocks. I don't understand why the newly created pool won't auto unlock upon import. I thought zfs saved the keys as it does for my other pools which show up unlocked upon boot or import. How can I tell this pool to unlock upon import or make truenas save the key?
