Write access with Avid Media Composer on samba shares fails

Seems to be the same problem as described in this post: http://forums.freenas.org/showthread.php?3713-Problem-with-1-program-freenas
Avid MC is one of the leadings video editing applications.
After few days of testing and trying the same result: avid media composer (MC) can not write to freenas 8 samba shares. BTW, on my "old" NAS-Box running with Freenas 7.1 it's all OK.
I have tested also access to the same dataset over iSCSI - and it works perfectly.

Description of my tests ("/" means "also tested with"):
Freenas 8.2 / 8.3 Beta3
ZFS Raid10
Client: Avid Media Composer 6.5 / 5.5 on Windows 7 Pro 64bit SP1 in Windows Server 2003 Domain
Samba Authentification: Anonymous / AD
file/directory permissions: set (with setfacl) for full access for everyone

All operations (write, reading, create, delete) through Windows Explorer are running correctly.

Briefly description of Media Composer write operations:
MC is first looking in root of the share for directory called "Avid MediaFiles/MXF/1/Creating". If not exist, it's will be created. This part works.
Now, for MC its time to create the file. This file is called "creatingX", where X is sequentiall number - creating0, the next creating1 and so on. Directory for this file: "Avid MediaFiles/MXF/1/Creating" . This part doesn't work. File is created, however with zero size. Following operations (renaming and moving the file to "Avid MediaFiles/MXF/1/realname.ext, refreshing or creating of media file databases) fails.
Capture with wireshark shows, MC fails on "NT_TRANSACT_CREATE Request" .
Any ideas? Anyone running Avid MC wit Freenas ? Thank you.

News: after changing of SMB protocol to "lanman2" is write access to media directories possible. However, file system of mounted shares can not be recognised by Windows file explorer. Acces to share works normally, but Properties window for mounted drive shows "filesystem: unknown". There are also some error messages in Media Composer on creating new media directories, but it works so far.
