won't get ip address in hyper-v

Hi

I'm using the latest freenas (32bit) in hyper-v (windows 8) and It wont get an ip address via DHCP. I'm using the legacy nic as the virtual switch in the hypervisor. I tried the workaround where you ifconfig down and then do ifconfig up, but still no go.
