Your post is kind of hard to understand. Not only that, I think your post is probably more appropriate in the Help & Support section, not here.

It's really not really possible to answer your question as you have posed it. What kind of attributes? How are you attempting to change them? What error are you receiving?

I created a NAS with my old pc and Freenas is ok!
I'm still in the testing phase of the NAS just created.

The filese are shared with the service CIFS network share. During the test I noticed that you can not change the attributes of shared files.
I refer to the attributes read-only or hidden.
I get an alert window in which it is written that I'm not allowed to do this.
How do I enable my account to these privileges?

"Read-only" in *nix really is nothing more than taking away the write and execute bits (444) off the file permissions mask.
Also, "hidden" in *nix is typically as simple as prefixing the file name with a "." character.

There may be other work-arounds that I'm not aware of though.

Ah, please read this: http://oreilly.com/openbook/samba/book/ch05_03.html

Summary: By default, those are "windows only" attributes which are not mapped to the Unix OS that FreeNAS uses. You should add
map system = yes
map hidden = yes

To "auxilliary parameters" in the CIFS sharing preference for that filesystem.

Ok, forgive me but I'm not a computer expert. I would like to change these attributes directly on the shared file. I am using a windows OS and usually change the attributes of files stored in the PC, clicking with the right mouse button and select the check from the menu, this is possible on shared file stored on NAS?

He's telling you to do what he instructed you to do through the FreeNAS web GUI first.
Only then, will you be able to do what you want through Windows Explorer.

merged ingerio's off topic post into its own thread.

Ingerio, I suggest you do not just randomly select a thread to post in again. Please utilize the forum in the proper way. Randomly posting a question in a thread informing users to use the bug tracking system is not the right way to go about asking for help. Either create your own threads in the future or find one with the same problem/question as yours.
Thank you.
