will this FreeNAS, also cpu will do fine?

I'm in need for a good and secure working system so I came up with the following:

power supply: seasonic prime titanium 650w https://www.amazon.de/Seasonic-Tita...&sr=8-2&keywords=Seasonic+Prime+650W+Titanium

Why do i choose this mobo: i need this system to backup all my movies. i will mirror this 2 hdd. i would like to keep more sata connectors open because i have another system using unraid with 64TB used space. i would like to transfer this to FreeNAS in time...

The main question is about the mobo, ram and cpu...
the ram can be expanded in time if needed.
Main use for server is filesharing, sabnzbd, maybe some mariadb or mysql and openvpn, also in time maybe plex (or something else to stream iso-bluray files - plex still can't stream them).
