Because of some really weird stuff at work i'm in a mad rush to buy stuff. Like in the next week I have to have all my purchases done.
I'm looking to get some new LSI cards to support external JBODs. Work isn't stoked about me buying stuff off of ebay. I see 9300-8e and 9200-8e cards on New Egg and Amazon. But the sellers look a bit suspect. My external JBODs are older SAS2 boxes with spinning drives. So a 9300-8e will work with different cables.
CDWG, Wiredzone and Provantage don't seem to have anything. Anyone have any other vendors they like?
Or are any of the new cards any good with TrueNAS core? Like the 9500-8e Tri-Mode Storage Adapter?
