The FreeNAS Web UI doesn't properly load when I connect via FireFox (24.0) or IE (10 and 11), but for some reason will load when I use Chrome (30). I can connect and authenticate, but the Web UI doesn't load properly - see the attached screenshot.

I'm using FreeNAS 9.1, but the issue I'm experiencing also occurred on 8.3.0.

Any idea how I can fix this?

Thanks!

IE has known problems with the Web GUI, but it should load except for the tree menu on the left.
Have you tried clearing browser cache and cookies or using incognito mode?

That's alright with me, I really just want to get FireFox working.

I tried them both in private browsing (no cookies or cache) and the web ui still failed to render properly.

I did a clean install of 9.1 last night (I transferred settings, of course), that didn't change anything.
I also did a clean install of my OS a month ago, that didn't change anything either (this issue has been occurring since I first installed 8.3 - my first FreeNAS)

Thanks

I've been using Firefox since the beginning of 2012 with FreeNAS. I've never had a problem. I don't do private browsing since that breaks some websites. But I did disable the disk cache so I always have an "empty" cache when I open firefox.

Yeah, this strange, but ever since I first started using FreeNAS only Chrome has worked. Plugins, like transmission, load in FF just fine...

Are there any ways I can try to debug this and get it the webUI working on Firefox?
