We need more detail about your hardware. Everything it says in the forum guide would be good.

As a side note, I would guess that you are booting from a single USB stick and that it died abruptly and (although you might still be able to access the share for now) the NAS is actually crashed.

I have a Dual 32 GB USB 3.0 Drives for boot. Will post the other info shortly. Where is this forum guide?

If you can access it from the Note 8 with no issue and you can't access it from Windows 10, you either have some network configuration problem or you have some sort of app or plugin on windowz that is blocking you. I had some problem with windowz not working properly and had to use a Linux system to manage FreeNAS for a while until I wiped and reloaded my Windows 10 system.
Be sure not to load Oracle Java more recent that version8, update 111. More recent than that, it blocks functionality that is required for some things to work.

I'll try and remove Java and see.

Nonsense; the FreeNAS web GUI has nothing to do with Java. The IPMI web GUI can, depending on motherboard manufacturer and version, but that has nothing to do with @DarkSorrow's issue.

This shows that the FreeNAS system is okay, and the problem is on the Windows machine.

For some of the UI, this can be caused by web proxies or firewalls. With Windows, the very first thing I would check is the internet settings for the browser, particularly the web proxy settings. Malware sometimes sets a web proxy there so it can intercept all browser traffic.

Again, signs point to a problem with the Windows machine. Did you check the proxy settings? Scratch that, when was the last time it had a full virus scan?

It scans in real time and once a day around 1am. There are no viruses if that's what you think. The last time clearing browser cache fixed it then it did it again few days later. I don't want to clear my cache all the time.

I use Firefox exclusively for the FreeNAS management page but it should work with the other two also.
It's possible that something you installed changed the configuration of the installed browsers. Just because it is not detected by the virus scan doesn't mean you're clear of harmful software or changes made to the system that you don't want.

I haven't installed anything in about a week. Never had issues. I'll use Firefox for now I guess.

I'd start Windows to find the web proxy network settings in Edge and Chrome, except I don't have either. Good old Internet Explorer helpfully switched my home page to some news site I didn't request, and then finally I could look for the old Internet Options/Connections/LAN Settings and make sure Proxy Server is not checked.

Please check the equivalent settings for Edge and Chrome.

This has been happening to me quite a lot. If I go into chrome and clear the cache, it will start working again for a while.

The error I'm getting on the page is:
