Volume Set Not Recognizing Correct Space?

Sorry guys. I am new to freenas and still learning. Anyway here is what I have as my setup. I have 4 3TB red drives in raidz1. The available disk space shows is 9.6TiB and used is 1.3 TiB for some reason in my volume called storage. Under this volume set I have two datasets that are currently utilizing 958 GiBs but the availability space is only 6.7 TiB.s which should equal to about 7.7 TiBs if the datasets were empty.

My question is where is this 1.3 TiB used for? Seems like I am missing something.
