Hey, I´m having a bit of problem right now with my NAS.
I have six WD RED 3TB discs attached, running raidz2.
A couple of days ago I decided to replace some of the SATA cables to 6 gbit/sec (had 2 or 3 6gbit-cables before).
I powered down using the GUI, and replaced the cables to the harddrives that had older spec cables (being very careful to put them in the right slot).
When I restarted the server again it said my usb stick was corrupted...
Was actually quite surprised since I used a proper shutdown and have a UPS connected.

Oh well, shit happens so I got a new stick to replace the old one, and decided to upgrade from 8.1 to to 8.3.1 BETA2.
I used auto-import and it found the old raidz2 just fine, imported with volume and datasets complete.
I decided not to use the old configuration file and instead clean up a little on users, permissions etc, so I created
new ones from scratch. No problem there, I can mount the datasets just fine, permissions working, all files
(as far as I can tell) are there so no data loss.

However, my total available hdd size has shrunk from around 10.7 TiB to 8.7.
All 6 disks are showing and are healthy, no errors, everything seems fine.

Any idea why I have lost 2 TiB?

My main volume (NAS) total size is 5.8 TiB, and the datasets below are the following sizes:
Movies 8.7 TiB
Shared 5.8 TiB
Mine 7.7 TiB
Girlfriends 5.8 TiB

Why is the dataset Movies and Mine size bigger than its parent volume?
Why is the size of my dataset bigger than the shared and my girlfriends?
There are no quotas or reserved space in any datasets or the main volume.
