usb ioerror after install freenas 11.3u2

Good evening everybody,

i got some issue after installing the latest stable version of freenas, it keeps prompting this messages on the cli as attached.

I already tryed to reinstall but the error keeps coming and i don't really understand what it refers to.

Any help will be much appreciated.

You're going to need to try another boot device, it looks like that one may be bad.

SSD is preferred if you have the option.

thanks, it's already a kingston ssd, i pulled it out and test with hard disk sentinel, the drive seems fine.
Strange thing is that when i installed freenas with a usb pendrive the error comes up before the gui to install freenas.
I already tryed other pendrives but the result it's the same and i even disable xhdi usb on the bios.
The appliance is an old Datto Nas with a gigabyte motherboard MB10-DATTO-O7 and latest bios installed.

Freenas seems to run fine but i'm worried about that error.
