USB Install Hangs on SuperMicro Server [Giant-Locked]

I am now officially stuck,
I have tried 2 USB Keys 2Gb & 8Gb.
All 4 USB Ports.
3 Different Builds including a IMG File.

The installation gets to the following then hangs.

atkdb0: <AT Keyboard> irq 1 on atkdbc0
kbd0 at atkdb0
atkdb0: [GIANT-LOCKED]

Any Suggestions ?
Hardware is a SuperMicro 8025c with 32Gb Ram and Default bios settings ?

How did you create the USB drive?

Via terminal on a Mac with the sudo dd command.

Have you tried any other OSs? Have you run MemTest?

Open media vault installs fine.
I think it's a problem related to FreeBSD
