Just in case someone is waiting to do it until they can read about someone else being successful first... :)
The upgrade went perfectly!
Some things to think about:
- You can not use the GUI-update
- Either boot on CD and do an upgrade, or save the config, do a new install, upload the config
- Maybe it's me, but I was not 100% sure it really was an upgrade and not a new install due to the way the text was formulated, but it was fine.
- It does something the first boot and reboots after that (good to know in case you do not automatically boot from the usb-stick (which my motherboards does not seem to want to do...))
A quick look around in the GUI shows we now got a SMART Tests-option. :)
Thanks to the FreeNas-team! :D
