upgraded 11.2-u7 to 11.3-RELEASE, no Networking in existing iocage jails

@Newfoundland.Republic Sorry, I'm not of much help here. I don't use VLANs and have stuck pretty close to the plugins and shied away from manual iocage jails. I did originally think the empty IPv4 field was a little odd, but as the plugins were working fine, dismissed it as a 'feature' of 11.3.

EDIT: Just spotted this on JIRA NAS-104963. Is it related?
