Upgrade without a CD-ROM drive

Hi All,

I'm currently running FreeNAS-8.0-RELEASE-amd64 and would like to upgrade to the latest version.

But, I don't have a cd-rom on my freenas box.

Can I :
->take the usb drive that freeNas is on
->stick it in another PC
-> do upgrade from cd-rom
->stick usb drive back in freenas box
->import config backup
