Upgrade then Downgrade fail to SCALE RELEASE

I just did the update on my least important testing system only to be prompted with yet another update available... which then failed...

Strange stuff... hopefully being sorted out.

I got the same result upgrading from 22.02.2
also a fresh install from TrueNAS-SCALE-22.02.0.iso somehow triggered an upgrade which failed too
the same error on BIOS & EFI
