Upgrade of Nextcloud

I have a simple question. I can upgrade my nextcloud inside the app - currently 18.07as latest version. But the plugin - i iwould install new - shows 19.01as version.
So what is the preferred of upgrade: Usage of upgrade function inside the Plugins menue or usage of the nextcloud own updater inside the app.
And why are thex not pointing to the same version? would the plugin updater date to V19.01?

Hello Ckone,

The current Version of nextcloud for a stable vision is 19.0.1. Last night I updated my sever from 19.0.0 to 19.0.1

I did this though the application UI worked well for me.
