Upgrade from 11.1-U6 to 11.2-BETA3 went wrong

After upgrade there is a problem with booting, it stops after EFI framebuffer information.

I've tried to change boot enviroment but it didnt help. Before update freenas worked perfectly.
Freenas is on USB so I tried to boot on other device and it works fine.

Server specs:
Shuttle XPC
i3-2120
8GB RAM (dual) but it reads only 4GB
3x1TB WD RED
Freenas on USB SanDisk Ultra Fit 16GB 3.0

It's possible the original boot device failed...

Is there any chance to make new USB with the same freenas? Or can I restore my files from hard drives without freenas (most of them where in my nextcloud)?

Definitely, just do a fresh install to a new stick and restore your previously saved config. This is the reason why your data storage is separate from the OS
