I can also confirm that I see precisely the same behaviour using Chrome from a different (blank) Windows profile on this machine, but other computers on my network don't seem to have the same issue.

Having the same issue with 9.10 STABLE latest. Chrome v51 beta-m. Updates page and most tables are blank. Works fine in Edge/FF/IE11

FreeNAS isn't to blame.

The issue is specifically with Chrome 51 beta, Chrome 50 which is the current stable release has no such problems. Therefore Google obviously made a change in 51 which created this issue.

We just have to wait and see if Google fixes it in 51 before it gets promoted to to stable, if not, then the number of people who encounter this problem will drastically increase.

For the time being, please use an alternate browser to access the FreeNAS UI.

Well..the worst possible outcome has happened, Chrome 51 has been promoted to Stable today and the issue with the FreeNAS UI has yet to be resolved.

Chrome 51 officially breaks many areas of the FreeNAS 9.10 UI.

People will have to use Firefox, IE or Safari to access the FreeNAS UI until this is resolved.

Having the same problems with two FreeNAS-9.10-STABLE-201605240427 installations (with verified install) on Chrome Version 51.0.2704.63, so clearly an incompatibility issue.
Perhaps this can be communicated somewhere until this is fixed.

Already has: https://bugs.freenas.org/issues/15564

Use another browser for now.

Just an update - FreeNAS / Chrome has fixed itself on my box. I just updated Plex today and afterwards was clicking around the web console seeing if anything else was broken, when I noticed that the Update page wasn't showing blank - it was actually working. I could even click on the Check for Updates button.

I did update FreeNAS recently (using IE) so it could have been that. Chrome is actually out of date and due for an update, but I have 237 tabs open right now, I ain't got no time for that! For reference I'm running Version 52.0.2743.6 dev-m of Chrome, FreeNAS is Build 9.10-STABLE-201605240427 (64fcd8e).

What the.... Why? lol.

Ok, I have 151 tabs opened but only a third of them are actually loaded. That's because I don't want to bookmark them as they are only temporary or because they are the forums/website I go many times a day :)

Alright I tooootally understand wanting to have some media content download fully (like along the Adult type.... ;) ) as you are performing other "tasks"... but c'mon now that is being just plain greedy. :D

Just wanted to point out that Chrome 51's issue with FreeNAS is now fixed as of 51.0.2704.79, which was released yesterday.
