Update from Freenas 11.3-U5 to Truenas 12.0-U1 result in NAS freezing while copying large files

Hi,
Updated my NAS from Freenas 11.3-U5 to Truenas 12.0-U1 a few days ago. Update went smooth.
However, when I copy larger files it keeps freezing from time to time. The GUI is also no longer accessible and inform me the NAS is rebooting.
No reboot happens though.
My system was more stable with running Freenas.
Anybody experienced this also?

quick update.
Managed to resolve this with the help of this thread (1) SOLVED - FreeNAS/TrueNAS locking up a couple times a day | TrueNAS Community
Truenas is no longer freezing when copying files:)

Define large. Copying how, via an SMB share or something else? To eliminate a hardware problem, list your kit for others to see as the forum rules suggest.

yes, copying files of 1 to 2 GB on the same SMB share.
I use a gaming motherboard and had to tweak the BIOS a bit as described in https://www.truenas.com/community/threads/freenas-truenas-locking-up-a-couple-times-a-day.87281/
The solved the issue for me.
