On Nov 1st I noticed a few entries in the log saying there was an unrecoverable read error as well as the scrub status of that pool stating 128K was repaired. However, there don't seem to be any other indications of issues with the disk or pool. Is there any way I can track down what caused it and find out if there are other issues I should be worried about?
The system is running FreeNAS-9.10.1-U2 (f045a8b) and is using ECC memory.
