Unrecoverable read error and 128K repaired during scrub, but no known data errors

On Nov 1st I noticed a few entries in the log saying there was an unrecoverable read error as well as the scrub status of that pool stating 128K was repaired. However, there don't seem to be any other indications of issues with the disk or pool. Is there any way I can track down what caused it and find out if there are other issues I should be worried about?

The system is running FreeNAS-9.10.1-U2 (f045a8b) and is using ECC memory.

ZFS says everything is fine, so everything is probably fine.

SMART data looks fine, so I'd guess it was probably a cable issue. What's the storage topology?

It's a all in a Supermicro CSE-836E26-R1200B which has the 16 slot SAS2 Expander backplane BPN-SAS2-836EL. Currently since I'm running SATA disks and can't use SAS multipathing it's connected by a single SFF8087 cable to the IBM M1015.

Well, that rules out obvious cabling issues.

Keep an eye on it for now.

If it happens again to the same disk, swap the disk around with another and see if the issue stays with the bay or follows the disk.

Seems like it may be a once off.

Thank ZFS for detecting, handling and fixing the error.

Ok, thanks for the replies. I'll just monitor it for now. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something obvious.
