Unidentified problem with Samba shares

Hi everyone.

I've got the following problem. At work we've got a freenas running and most of the time it does what's expected but from time to time a couple of our employees lose access to shares they were just using a couple minutes beforehand.
But I can't really find anything obvious in the logs and since I'm new to the whole freenas party, and wasn't the one who initially set it up, I'm a bit lost at the moment.
The only other thing I know is that there used to be some error messages thrown by vfs_zfsacl, but that hasn't happened in a while.

I know that this is very vague and I'm not expecting a straightforward answer. I was just hoping someone could push me in the right direction.

During these episodes, look in /var/log/samba4/log.sbmd to see what Samba's unhappy about. If you're using Kerberos, then it's likely a ticket expiration or unsync'ed time issue.

Hello again,

I managed to fix most of my problems (re-created some of my pools, etc.).
But there's one problem I just can't figure out.
One user (our admin) still has random disconnects when it comes to a couple of folders, for example his home share.

Every home folder is it's own pool under "/FreeNAS/home"
The ACL's of "home" and the respective user folders are managed by FreeNAS, everything below the user folder by windows.
Like I said, this works for every user except the admin.
But even in the moments when he can't connect and I check the ACL's, they appear to be normal. With full access granted to his account.
And when I add my own account to the ACL I am able to browse through his home folder with no problem whatsoever.

If anyone's got an idea, I'd be glad to hear it!
Thanks in advance.
