Unable to create MiB size quotas

I am wondering if this function has been removed from FreeNAS. Everytime quotas as assigned under 1GiB an error is reported stating:
"Quota size is too small, enter a value of 1 GiB or larger."

I get that this will help on the coding side of thing since it is one less thing to monitor for, or should I said two things since KiB are also out of the picture.
Is there a way to enable this feature back on my FN? No every data set needs or have to be a GiB, not to mention that this is imposing a limitation on the user.
FN is primary for home use, that is whay iXsystems has the enterprise side TrueNAS. It is clearly showing that FN Dev are doing the thinking and placing limitations on what can and can't be done with the system. On the other hand, this can be just bug and someway somehow the functions were misplaced.

Can anyone confirm/deny if this is:
A new limitation on the systems?
Those two functions have been removed?
A new bug introduce on FN 11.3?

Thank you in advac

I would generate a bug report. Maybe it will turn out to be a feature.

Thank you for the advice, I just want to see if there were other experiencing the same issue.
I am unsure if I would consider a limitation a feature. In software dev is usually something that improve the current state of the software no the contrary.

Just an update/

After opening a bug with the bug tracker, this was in fact a limitation that has been imposed over the FN/TNC GUI according to one of the engineers.
Once gain I had to drop to the CLI using the zfs set quota and zfs set refquota to configure the quota limits on the datasets.
I am still a bit perplex on the questioning and the engineering process for this decision.

I can consider this resolved, I guess.
