Unable to disable quotas. UI bug?

I set a quota for a top parent Dataset and now I want to remove that quota.

In the UI, the tooltip shows

If I set 0 to remove the quota, I get a warning and the save button is disabled

I reviewd all children dataset trying to eliminate all specific quotas, but I get the same error.
This could be a UI bug?

Instead of "0" can you make it "blank" instead? Will it then allow you to save?

leaving the field "blank", works fine, thanks!
I didn't notice that. But I think the text UI should change or allow 0 as the description
