UI lag / slowdown

I've three instances of TrueNAS Scale, my main server on bare metal, another on a secondary server and one inside of Proxmox. On each instance i have to manually refresh the main URL and re log in due to extreme slowdown of the GUI making it almost unusable. I use my main bare metal instance the most, and have to refresh the URL on average every 10 minutes. I have a Core install which doesn't have the issue.

Anyone experienced this? It's not an issue with high CPU, or lack of RAM (specs in signature)
