SSH connection issue

I have two TrueNAS setup (One bare metal and another on proxmox with passthrough disk). I was able to make SSH connection from my backup TrueNAS to main one and pull replication. I recently changed my NIC and nothing else has changed. It was giving me some "stream error" so I removed that connection and replication to start fresh but not able to make connection.

Here is issue:

I am able to make ssh connection from My main TrueNAS to proxmox TrueNAS but I can't do other way around. I am getting this error:

I was able to make ssh connection using shell so I know there is no connection issue of firewall blocking it.

Any suggestion?
