Trying to add disk to RAIDZ1 volume

I have a RAIDZ1 volume setup with 2TBx3 disks, im now trying to add another 2TB disk to the RAID. Is it possible to add another disk to the RAID without losing any data, and if so how? The new disk is not intended to be another redundancy disk.

No. Please read my noobie guide to understand that this is "possible" on the surface but is a very very very bad practice.
