TrueNas Scale NextCloud app Issues

Hello all,

I am facing a issue and for the life of me I can't seem to find a solution online. I am running the latest version of TrueNas Scale and installed the NextCloud app from TrueCharts with no issue. Problem I have is that I want to use some nextcloud apps such as OCR but they require extra installation of components such as ocrmypdf. I know SCALE uses Kubernetes which I am new to, but I do know that changes made inside of them are lost when the go down and come back up so I am not quite sure if there is a way to go about using such features using this method.
