TrueNas Scale HBA and HotSwap Case

Hi all!

So I just shifted over to a hotswap case. I am having an issue with some of the hotswaps not working. (Drives on the same rail are). The hba card is an LSI 9300-16i in IT mode.

I have tried to investigate via moving drives around but it's very clear some ports dont work.... the blue lights come on and the drive spins up but I cant access it...

Any ideas please.
