TrueNas not recognizing drives when making a pool

I installed Truenas core on my HP DL380E G8. I put a LSI 9207-8i HBA card in to facilitate software raid. (That card should already be in it mode?) When in the Truenas UI, it shows the 8 SAS drives listed under "drives," but when I try to create a pool it gives me an Error 6- device not configured. I try to wipe each drive in Truenas and it gives me the same error for each drive. I would guess that this is a raid card issue, and I'm having trouble accessing the drives through it. Any help would be very welcome though.

As I'm looking through my server bios, it does seem that the LSI card is reading "disabled" in its own bios. Feel free to reject this post- I'm fairly certain its a hardware settings issue. If anyone still wants to help I'm open, but its not Truenas specific.
