TrueNAS Mini X+ not booting

I have a iXsystems TrueNAS Mini X+ (50TB). It's been great for the 15+ months I've had it, but now it seems to be suffering from a hardware problem. The other day I was noticing some sluggish behavior via SMB, and tried to log into the GUI to take a look. When I tried to do that, the page timed out. Thinking a reboot would solve my problem, I rebooted the box.

Since then, I have not been able to get the TrueNAS to start back up. I hooked up a VGA monitor to it and it passes the BIOS screen, but this is all that shows after. Anyone have any idea what this could be?

I'm guessing a corrupted system drive?

A dead boot-drive would be my guess. Is the system still under warranty? Then I'd reach out to iX support with this issue.

The unit was not under warranty, but replacing the built-in SataDOM with an M.2 was a pretty painless experience!
