TrueNAS Core & plug-ins and auto Sync.

I'm newbie to NAS software world and i have a few questions related:

- can i install plug-ins on the TrueNAS Core?

- can i download torrent on the NAS HDD either from windows client (as a network drive) or directly from TrueNAS core software?

- can i make it auto sync specific folders from several HDDs in my PCs & also sync with mobiles (Android)??

- can i allocate fixed space to each user with private so no one else can access it?

- what are the access methods to the machine operated by TrueNAS Core and windows 10 based PC?

Yes.

Yes.

You can install Nextcloud which does that. Among other options that I am not familiar with.

Yes.

HTTP(S) and SSH for administration, CIFS, NFS, iSCSI, WebDAV, rsync, S3, ... for sharing.

Have you had a look at https://www.truenas.com/truenas-core/ and/or https://www.truenas.com/docs/core/ ? I suggest you browse the extensive documentation first and come back with any specific questions that are still unanswered.
