Tried upgrading from Core 12.2 to Scale and middleware will not start

This is more of a bug report. I did end up wiping the boot media, fresh install and now just reconfiguring everything. Ugh, but whatever.

We'd need a more detailed description of your setup and the migration process you used...
There are some migration issues being resolved with the Release version in 2 weeks.

I performed an upgrade from ISO, booting from CDROM. I ended up just wiping the boot drive completely, installing fresh and just reconfiguring everything as new. I have everything working for the most part now, just trying to figure out the apps now.

This is related to missing DB migrations from the latest updates of Truenas Core missing in the RC2 release of Truenas Scale.

(Specifically 2021-12-22 and 2022-01-03 migration).

To fix this I manually copied in the DB migrations and used alembic in the CLI to migrate to the head of the 22.02 branch.
Looking at the 22.02 RELEASE branch, It looks like these DB migrations are included and so this issue should be fixed in 22.02 RELEASE.
