Transmission behind PIA VPN does not seed

Hello I just installed transmission (the plugin) on my nas, I followed this procedure to hide it behind a VPN (PIA) https://www.digimoot.com/truenas-add-vpn-connection-to- a-jail /
The problem: it does not seed semi private sites. When the torrent comes from OXTorrent which is a public site nickel ca seed but when it is YGGTorrent or ShareWood it does not seed the problem is that my ratio is less than 1 mtn: /
I specify that the listening port is closed and that the port is open in my router

Opening the port wont have an effect. When your behind a VPN all ports should be open. This is the case so no traffic from transmission goes out over your regulars internet connection, all internet facing traffic should be using your VPN. I seed just fine in this manner even though my port reports as closed too.
