Total Noob Here: trying to install TrueNas on USB pendrive

Hey guys,
the title should be a disclaimer already.
I am trying to install TrueNas on a pendrive through another one where I installed the ISO image (TrueNas 13.0) but it doesn't seem to get through with it, actually it doesnt even start and I get these two images (see attachment). Any idea on how to solve this?

Whatever you've used to write the ISO to the pendrive you're using for the install hasn't done it properly.

Personally I normally use Rufus to do it and that seems to work for me

Rufus works really reliably, I'd second this.
