SOLVED Toshiba N300 NAS Hard Drive

Hi, I'm planning to build a TrueNAS with Toshiba N300 model HDWQ140XZSTA. Does anyone if those drives have any issues with ZFS.

I'm avoiding WD SMR and Seagate Skyhawk.

Strange: A search for that model number leads me to a page for the performance desktop product, the X300... https://www.toshiba-storage.com/products/toshiba-internal-hard-drives-x300/

The model name you gave indicate it's this one (which is what you should be getting): https://www.toshiba-storage.com/products/toshiba-internal-hard-drives-n300/

I don't even find that model number at all on either page, so I have no idea what's going on.

What I can confirm: The Toshiba NAS drives are CMR, so should be suitable for TrueNAS/ZFS.

Ive been using N300 Toshiba drives since 2018, all have been great no problem yet.
