TarSnap Plugin - FN 11.2-RELEASE

Hi All

This may be a noob question or mistake... I have installed the TarSnap plugin but cannot locate the tarsnap executable within the new iocage.

Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated as I would like to start backing up.

I never used TarSnap, but the post-install message refers you to a bunch a manual steps to complete. Did you go through these?

Did give them a try - the pkg command referred to returned

pkg: Repository local missing. 'pkg update' required
pkg: Repository local load error: access repo file(/var/db/pkg/repo-local.sqlite) failed: No such file or directory
pkg: file:///usr/ports/packages/meta.txz: No such file or directory
pkg: file:///usr/ports/packages/packagesite.txz: No such file or directory

I updated the config for pkg in (what I believed was) the iocage and have now b0rked my FreeNAS box.

Time for a re-install of the base OS disk (data is on a separate ZVol) and then will attempt TarSnap in a VM on a separate server (local CPU does not support bhyve)

Not terribly impressed with the plugin and need to understand more before attempting again
