Support for APC Back-UPS CS 350 ?

I have an APC Back-UPS CS 350 uninterruptable power supply that I'd like to attach to my TrueNAS which is running on a small PC chassis. I am looking for support in two areas. First, I don't see this UPS listed amongst the list of Drivers provided. Does anyone know which driver, if any, are close enough (compatible) to work with this hardware unit?

Also, I currently have an ethernet data socket to USB port cable which talks successfully to my old Netgear ReadyNAS; can I expect to switch it over use it to comminicate with the TrueNAS now instead?

Pick one of the models that will use the usbhid-ups driver.

You will need to set up TrueNAS as a UPS Master and the ReadyNAS as UPS Slave, or since you have ReadyNAS UPS working, set up ReadyNAS as Master and TrueNAS as Slave.
